Since I always take the time to air my frustrations regarding candidates and their job interviewing skills (or lack thereof), I thought it would be nice to share some resources without snide remarks for once. CareerBuilder issued a list of the Top 20 Interview Questions and I have used a few of them myself. I have often said that I wish colleges would prep graduating students with mock interviews to help them understand the process. I think CareerBuilder does a nice job of explaining the purpose of the questions while still leaving room for applicants to put their own spin on it.
