Great video. As mentioned, it is important to think about who will respond to your tweets; to anticipate responses from relevant people and companies. A disgruntled Twitter user posted a comment about being on hold with Comcast, nowhere near resolving the problem they had with their cable, and the company responded via Twitter to help alleviate the situation. Great business-to-consumer use of Twitter.
