Girls Write Now is a New York City-based nonprofit that matches high school girls with professional women writer mentors. They are a fantastic organization that has received their fair share of great press (this recent New York Times article comes to mind), and I just received word that tonight Thursday night they’ll be on the NBC Nightly News!
Sandra and I have been working closely with Girls Write Now’s Executive Director, Maya, and Communications Consultant, Sarah, on the organization’s communications strategy. We can’t take credit for this great media hit but are so pumped about it, we couldn’t resist sharing it with you.
