This is an interesting case study from MarketingSherpa: How to Use Twitter to Push Your Products: Lessons from Woot Woot.com is an online store and community that sells “cool stuff” for cheap. We had a company outing to Mohonk Mountain last month. It was a morning of learning and an afternoon of great cookies, tea and some hiking. We taunted the fish and then hiked up the Skytop Trail. A couple of weekends ago, I had a conversation with someone about how the phrase “viral marketing campaign” is meaningless. Why?
